LaRouche dice que Pelosi es una palera del fascista Rohatyn

January 14, 2008 (LPAC)--Lyndon LaRouche today denounced as "virtually treasonous," House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's current solicitations to the White House and Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke, to devise bi-partisan stimulus for the economy. Pelosi had a closed door meeting with Bernanke today, before which she said she hoped for a "bi-partisan initiative, recognizing the independence of the Fed," that would accomplish "fiscal stimulus with monetary easing."

On Jan. 11, Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) wrote a joint letter to the White House, saying that "Prominent economists associated with Republican and Democratic Administrations have called on us to supplement monetary policy with an immediate fiscal stimulus...We want to work with you and the Republican leadership of the Congress to immediately develop a legislative plan..." Foremost among such eminences is Felix Rohatyn, with whom Pelosi meets regularly.

LaRouche denounced Pelosi: "This is virtually treasonous when we consider what the issues are in the growing crisis. Once again, she is acting as a stooge of that fascist Rohatyn." He denounced her actions as, "A betrayal of all the people in the United States, who are suffering. She is willing to sell out the United States for her relations with Rohatyn. That is unforgivable.

"She is acting as a stooge for Rohatyn. We need a Speaker of the House who is not a stooge. The American people have a right to have a Speaker who is not a stooge of that fascist Rohatyn."
