"It may slow and damage Iran's nuclear sites, but it will not stop them." He added, "I am very doubtful about a military option, because the Iranian nuclear program is hidden. The results could be more dangerous." While calling Iran's program dangerous, he said, "in order to deal with it, the United States has to engage in a serious dialogue."</p></div></body>
